Where is the event happening?

The conference will take place at:

The venue is easily accessible by all means of transportation.

What is the conference language?

Our official conference language is English. The keynote, all sessions, and other content will be held in English. The registration desk staff will also speak English.

Where can I find the time schedule of the event?

We envision the following time schedule, please note that it may still be subject to changes:

• 26 May 2025 — 09:00-17:00 Full-Day Tutorials
• 27 May 2025 — 08:00 Opening of the expo for attendees
• 27 May 2025 — 09:00 ECS 2025 Opening Ceremony
• 27 May 2025 — 18:30-21:30 Party Time in the expo, with drinks & snacks
• 28 May 2025 — 08:00 Start of sessions/expo opening
• 28 May 2025 — 17:00 ECS 2025 Closing Ceremony

A detailed time schedule will be published in the agenda on our website and in the conference app.

Does my ticket include free drinks and food?

• Each ticket includes access to the conference catering. Food and drink stations will be positioned at several spots in the expo area during our coffee and lunch breaks. Snacks and drinks will also be offered at our Party-Time on Tuesday evening.
• If you have dietary preferences, we will have dietary sections clearly marked during our breaks, so they will be easy for you to find. If there are still problems or open questions, please talk to our staff at the info desk.

What is this Party-Time about?

Party-Time is there for all attendees, speakers, and sponsors, where everyone can:

• Have fun
• Network
• Talk to speakers, sponsors, and organizers
• Enjoy beers, wine, soft drinks, and food
